Order Processing

At Mood Fragrances, we aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly extended

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message with tracking details.


Shipping Partner

We currently ship all orders using Aramex, one of the leading logistics providers in the GCC region.

This allows us to offer reliable delivery coverage across major cities and regions.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • UAE: 1–3 business days

  • Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar: 3–7 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, remote locations, or courier delays

  • Mood Fragrances is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order weight or size

  • Ongoing promotions or free shipping campaigns

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on the website.


Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number

  • A tracking link to monitor delivery progress

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status and ensuring availability to receive the order.


Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate when placing an order.

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept shipment

The order may be returned to us.
In such cases:

  • Re-shipping fees may apply

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


Customs & Duties (GCC Orders)

Most GCC shipments do not incur additional duties.
However, any customs fees, import taxes, or handling charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.

We may request:

  • Photos of the damaged package/product

  • Order number and shipping details

Our team will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
