Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in the selected currency and include applicable taxes where required.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing

Payments are processed securely via Shopify-supported payment providers.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across the GCC using Aramex as our logistics partner.

Important notes:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs clearance

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

  • Mood Fragrances is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or force majeure events

If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect product was delivered

  • Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Return requests must be submitted within X days of delivery.

Refunds will be processed after inspection and may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Authenticity Guarantee

Mood Fragrances is committed to offering perfumes from trusted brands and verified suppliers.

While we strive to ensure authenticity and quality, product performance and scent perception may vary from person to person.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, text, graphics, images, and design — is the property of Mood Fragrances and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Mood Fragrances shall not be liable for:
